Are you looking for the Ideal Realtor? Look no further. I have over 20 years of experience serving the Keys owners as a listing agent. Your property will be advertised locally, nationally, and internationally using aerial shots, still shots, and virtual tours. I will advise you on what you can do to your property to get the maximum return on your Real Estate investment. (Straighted out those closets, buyers look at them as indicative as to how you have taken care of the rest of the property) I also work with out-of-the-area buyers. Over the years I have helped many people from all over the world find homes here in the Keys. Many of my clients are unable to see the homes they are interested in before placing an offer on the property. They trust me to advise them when it's advantageous for them to make an offer. One couple for example was unable to be here during an inspection and relied on the home inspector and me to guide them. They are very happy in their new home.
