Meet Forrest

Forrest is originally from Richmond Virginia and moved to Key West in 2015. A business major from Ferrum College, Forrest has been in sales and marketing professionally for over 15 years. His diverse sales experience ranges from tech start-ups to fortune 500 companies but he is an entrepreneur at heart, as he and wife Kristina own and operate three local businesses in Key West.

Hobbies include golf, boating, and biking to Key West happy hours, or as he likes to say “Networking”. “I'm always working. Meeting people, hearing their story and hoping to help find them a piece of paradise. Or sell it!”

I love every aspect of the real estate sales process. Meeting clients, identifying properties, but most of all I love negotiating and closing deals!
