Sloan has been a full-time Key West resident since relocating from New York City in 2009. Sloan brings deep local knowledge and strong community connections to every transaction. Before moving into real estate, she spent nearly two decades as a middle school teacher in both NYC and Key West, developing the communication, organization, and advocacy skills her clients rely on. She works with buyers and sellers, with a focus on first-time buyers, military families, and clients relocating to Key West. Sloan is actively involved in the local community, supporting organizations such as MARC House, FKSPCA, and Keys Health + Housing. She also works with Dance Key West, and volunteers with the Key West Firehouse Museum.
